AI Risks
ArchNGN uses AI models to power features such as automation and integration jobs. While these capabilities can significantly improve productivity, users should be aware of the limitations and risks associated with AI-generated outputs.
Accuracy and Reliability
Section titled “Accuracy and Reliability”AI models do not guarantee factual accuracy. Outputs may contain errors, outdated information, or conclusions that appear plausible but are incorrect. Always review and validate AI-generated results before relying on them for business decisions or publishing them downstream.
AI models are trained on large datasets that may reflect societal, cultural, or demographic biases. As a result, outputs can inadvertently reinforce those biases. Review AI outputs critically, particularly when they involve judgements, categorisations, or recommendations about people or groups.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Section titled “Copyright and Intellectual Property”AI-generated content may resemble existing copyrighted material. You are responsible for ensuring that any content produced through ArchNGN’s AI features does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Data Privacy
Section titled “Data Privacy”Avoid including sensitive personal information in automation inputs or prompts. Data submitted to AI models may be processed by third-party providers. See AI Model Providers for details on which providers are used and links to their data policies.
Misinformation
Section titled “Misinformation”AI outputs should not be treated as authoritative sources. Content generated by AI may be misleading or factually incorrect. Users are responsible for the accuracy of any content produced using ArchNGN’s AI features before it is shared or acted upon.
Regulatory Compliance
Section titled “Regulatory Compliance”AI regulations vary by jurisdiction and are evolving rapidly. ArchNGN cannot guarantee that use of AI features complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. You are responsible for understanding the legal requirements that apply to your use of AI in your region and seeking appropriate legal advice where necessary.
