AI Risks

ArchNGN uses AI models to power features such as automation and integration jobs. While these capabilities can significantly improve productivity, users should be aware of the limitations and risks associated with AI-generated outputs.

AI models do not guarantee factual accuracy. Outputs may contain errors, outdated information, or conclusions that appear plausible but are incorrect. Always review and validate AI-generated results before relying on them for business decisions or publishing them downstream.

AI models are trained on large datasets that may reflect societal, cultural, or demographic biases. As a result, outputs can inadvertently reinforce those biases. Review AI outputs critically, particularly when they involve judgements, categorisations, or recommendations about people or groups.

AI-generated content may resemble existing copyrighted material. You are responsible for ensuring that any content produced through ArchNGN’s AI features does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Avoid including sensitive personal information in automation inputs or prompts. Data submitted to AI models may be processed by third-party providers. See AI Model Providers for details on which providers are used and links to their data policies.

AI outputs should not be treated as authoritative sources. Content generated by AI may be misleading or factually incorrect. Users are responsible for the accuracy of any content produced using ArchNGN’s AI features before it is shared or acted upon.

AI regulations vary by jurisdiction and are evolving rapidly. ArchNGN cannot guarantee that use of AI features complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. You are responsible for understanding the legal requirements that apply to your use of AI in your region and seeking appropriate legal advice where necessary.

To reduce risk when using AI features in ArchNGN:

  • Review all AI-generated outputs before using them in production workflows
  • Do not include personal or sensitive data in automation inputs unless necessary
  • Disclose to end users when content has been generated or processed using AI
  • Edit outputs to remove potential inaccuracies or bias before publishing
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others when using AI to process or generate content
  • Stay informed about AI regulations applicable to your organisation
