Activity Log
The Activity Log records significant events that occur within the active workspace, providing an audit trail for compliance, troubleshooting, and team coordination.
What is Captured
Section titled “What is Captured”The activity log records events from across the platform:
- Object and association changes: Create, update, and delete actions for objects and associations
- Member changes: User invitations, role changes, and removals
- Workspace changes: Workspace creation, settings updates, and imports or exports
- Integration runs: Each time an integration is run, including success and failure outcomes
- Automation runs: Each automation job, including its inputs, outputs, and final status
Reading an Entry
Section titled “Reading an Entry”Each activity log entry shows:
- Timestamp: When the event occurred
- Actor: The user or system that triggered the event
- Action: A short description of what happened
- Target: The object, integration, automation, or member that was affected
- Status: The outcome, where applicable (e.g., Complete, Failed)
Filtering and Searching
Section titled “Filtering and Searching”Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow the log by:
- Date range
- Actor
- Action type
- Target type (object, integration, automation, member)
The log supports pagination for browsing historical activity.
Retention
Section titled “Retention”Activity log entries are retained for the lifetime of the workspace. For specific retention requirements, contact your account administrator.
