Jobs
The Jobs page provides a centralised view of all background tasks within the active workspace.

What Creates Jobs
Section titled “What Creates Jobs”- Automations — AI-driven design, review, reverse engineering, and forward engineering tasks
- Integrations — Data sync operations from external systems (e.g., GitHub)
Job Lifecycle
Section titled “Job Lifecycle”Each job moves through a defined set of states:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Created and waiting to be picked up |
| Queued | Accepted by the worker queue |
| Analysing | Inputs are being parsed and prepared |
| In Progress | Core processing is running |
| In Review | Awaiting user review of generated outputs |
| Complete | Finished successfully |
| Failed | Stopped with an error |
| Cancelled | Manually cancelled before completion |
Monitoring Jobs
Section titled “Monitoring Jobs”- Status Tracking — View real-time status for each job
- Search & Filter — Find jobs by name, status, or type
- Sort — Order by name, status, type, or date
- Pagination — Browse job history with 50 records per page

Job Outputs
Section titled “Job Outputs”For completed jobs, you can:
- View generated documents and assessment summaries
- Download source files that were uploaded as input
- Review extracted objects and associations before they are committed to the Registry
- View error messages for failed jobs
