Account Settings
Account Settings are accessible to workspace administrators and control AI behaviour and workspace data management. Access them from Settings → Account Settings in the app.
AI Reasoning
Section titled “AI Reasoning”AI Reasoning determines the model used when running automations and integrations. Each model carries a cost tier (Advanced, Standard, or Basic) that sets the default token cost of jobs. See the Usage page for the cost table.
To change the AI reasoning model:
- Navigate to Settings → Account Settings.
- Under AI Reasoning, select a model from the dropdown. The catalogue offered depends on your hosting environment’s AI provider.
- Click Save to apply the change.
The new model takes effect for all jobs started after saving.
Account Context
Section titled “Account Context”Account Context lets you provide a short description of your organisation that ArchNGN injects into AI prompts as background context. A well-written context helps the AI tailor automation outputs to your business. For example, generating designs that align with your industry, regulatory environment, or technology stack.
To set your account context:
- Navigate to Settings → Account Settings.
- Under Account Context, edit the Account Name and Company Description fields.
- Click Save to apply the change.
The description takes effect for all jobs started after saving. Keep it concise (a few sentences) and focused on the facts the AI cannot infer from your data: your industry, scale, key constraints, or strategic priorities.
Workspace Data
Section titled “Workspace Data”Workspace Data tools allow administrators to import or export all workspace content as a ZIP archive. This is useful for backups, migrations, or auditing workspace state.
Export
Section titled “Export”Export produces a ZIP archive containing all workspace data, including:
- Objects and associations
- Metamodel definitions
- Job history
- File pointers (references to linked external files, not the files themselves)
To export workspace data:
- Navigate to Settings → Account Settings.
- Under Workspace Data, click Export Workspace.
- The archive will be prepared and downloaded automatically.
Import
Section titled “Import”Import loads workspace data from a previously exported ZIP archive. During import, ArchNGN analyses the archive contents and handles duplicate detection and merging automatically.
To import workspace data:
- Navigate to Settings → Account Settings.
- Under Workspace Data, click Import Workspace.
- Select the ZIP archive to upload.
- Review the import summary and confirm to proceed.
Importing workspace data is a significant operation. Review the import summary carefully before confirming, as it may alter existing objects and associations.
